Booking

Check the availability calendar to find a free period. Note that the boats are available only from April 1th to October 15th. Then fill in all the fields in the order formula to the right. The price calculator will be updated with data from the order formula, and you can fill in prices from the price list which you will find by clicking on "Show Price". Final prices may differ slightly from those in the price calculator if the period you entered is within two price zones. If you are booking for less than a week, the price will be somewhat higher than shown in the price calculator. If you need transfer from and to Harstad/Narvik Airport, press "Show Transfer" and select this. Also add flight number and arrival time if available. All prices are in Norwegian currency, but a currency converter on the site makes it easy to find the total sum in other relevant currencies. Then press "Send", and you will get an order confirmation via e-mail telling that the period is reserved for you until a specified date. You will then get a bill, and only when this is paid, the period will be permanently reserved. The availability calendar shows this by changing the period's color from blue to red. There will be a delay in updating the calendar from the database, so there is a slight possibility that others have booked the period before you. You will then be notified with suggestions about other relevant periods. Then remains only to say good luck and welcome to Elgsnes Gaard!
